I’m Jill - I’ve worked in the medical field for many years. I’ve always been struck by the limitations of medicine, even with the many technological advances that are available. While I believe in conventional medicine and still practice in the hospital, I find it lacks the spiritual and energetic component that can be helpful to maintain a healthy physical body, mind, and spirit.

In 2024, life brought me to Sedona, Arizona. I participated in my first breathwork session on the red rocks, after which I felt I had been shaken awake. My heart and soul opened up to all of the possibilities in life and I started an exploration to learn how to help others find the gift of awakening that I was so fortunate to receive.

I started with Reiki, completing two courses to the Master level. A breathwork journey was next, and I began exploring the many different types of breathwork available and continued to reap the benefits of continuing to practice. I see energy work as a wonderful complement to traditional medical care, but not a replacement. My educational journey is far from over and I have a fire in my soul thinking about what the future holds!
